For the last 49 years, Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) has empowered students to transform themselves, and others, into the best possible expression of themselves.
Today, that legacy is more alive than ever through our online psychology master’s programs and a community of more than 130,000 servant-minded leaders who are creating real change—not just in their organizations, but their communities, too.
How do you want to create real change and serve your community? Whether you are looking to pursue a career as an ABA, a counselor, or a therapist, or are seeking another career in the human services field, our world-class online programs can help you pursue your life’s work.
Our programs have four start dates per year and GRE scores are not required for admission.
“As Pepperdine Waves, serving others is fundamentally part of who we are, and we know that knowledge calls, ultimately, for a life of service.”

We offer a breadth of degree programs and specialized areas of interest.
Our online ABA program prepares students to develop a deep understanding of behavior analysis and the modern techniques used to recognize, assess, and treat human behaviors. Our ABAI-verified course sequence and rigorous curriculum works: online and on-campus students in the program had an 84% BCBA exam pass rate in 2020—18% higher than the national pass rate.¹
This program features hands-on clinical training in or near your own community and can be completed in 15–21 months.

Our Master of Arts in Psychology program is designed for students who want to gain a thorough understanding of human behavior and psychological principles. Students are prepared to take the next step in a human services field, advance in a related field, or pursue doctoral study in psychology.
The program can be completed in 18–24 months.
At Pepperdine, professors teach because they want to—not because they have to—and they see sharing knowledge and mentoring you as more than work, but a noble pursuit and responsibility.
As an online student, you will work closely with the same diverse and driven faculty who teach on campus, and they will support you, mentor you, and empower you on your journey to pursue meaningful work and enrich lives.
